Alright, this week was 10000000000x better than last week! My motivation is back, my free time to run is back, and my sleep schedule is back! Heres the recap of the week:
Mon: 4 miles
Tues: 8 miles
Wed: 6 miles
Thurs: 4 miles
Sat: 5 miles
Sun: 7 miles
…for a whopping total of 34 miles!!! I can’t believe it 😀
Here’s to next week: I hope it is as great as this week!
Also, I can’t believe I am already 25% of the way through the 20 week program!!
I hope it continues to be this wonderful for the next 15 weeks!
