Alright, so as you can tell, I’ve been insanely busy yet again! Here is the recap of the last two weeks…

Week 12:

Monday August 6th – 9 miles

Tues – 4

Wed – Rest

Thurs – Rest

Fri – 8

Sat – 5

Sun – Rest

For a sad total of only 25 miles 😦

and Week 13:

Monday, August 13th- Rest

Tues – 9

Wed – 10

Thurs – Rest

Fri – 4

Sat – Rest

Sun – 14!!!

For a total of 37 miles! Much better than week 12. But boy am I sore! anddddd I went to the doctor last week… I have both shin splints and plantar faciitis. Soooo the marathon should be that much more fun 😛
